Once a kindergarten teacher, now your go-to guide for all things DIY. My passion for teaching didn't stop when I left the classroom - I merely switched from ABCs to DIYs. I've learned a lot from transforming my own home from scratch, and now I'm here to pass on that knowledge to you.
I have this pile of books that have been staring at me since the beginning of 2017. You see, I had huge goals of reading them last year and it simply didn’t happen. So this year, I’m putting it at the top of my list and sharing them with all of you every Wednesday on Instagram stories. But just in case you miss the 24 hour window to watch over there, I’ll be posting here on the blog a day or two after so you can still dive into the books with me. My goal? To share all things home and garden with a mix of other varieties here and there. I’m always looking for ways to decorate my home, to have fun, and to keep learning.
Welcome to the first Book Chat of 2018! I have this lofty goal of growing my very own cut flower garden this spring. I’ve had it for a few years but throw in moving and having a baby, it just didn’t happen. It is happening this year! I’ve already purchased my seeds (eek!). Today I’m chatting all about Floret Farm’s Cut Flower Garden Book that dives into how to grow your own cut flower garden. Every detail, every step, and anything you would ever need to know is covered in the book. Grab your coffee, find a cozy spot, and join me in my video book chat below. I’ll have all the links you need at the end of the post. So glad you’re here.
